These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the QuillScene mobile
application, developed by Kurios. By using QuillScene you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. THE SERVICE

QuillScene lets you browse and collect quotes presented with artwork, save and
organize collections, and optionally purchase coins and subscriptions for
additional features. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

2. YOUR ACCOUNT

You may sign in with Google, Apple, or Kakao. You are responsible for activity
under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your credentials
secure.

3. PURCHASES, COINS, AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

Coins and subscriptions are sold through the Google Play Store and the Apple App
Store and are subject to those stores' terms. Subscriptions renew automatically
until cancelled; manage or cancel them in your store account. Except where
required by law or store policy, purchases are non-refundable, and virtual items
such as coins have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. CONTENT AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Quotes, artwork, and other content in the app are protected by intellectual
property rights and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use within
the app. You agree not to copy, redistribute, resell, or create derivative works
from the content except as expressly allowed, and not to misuse, reverse
engineer, or interfere with the app.

5. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kurios is not liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

6. TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop
using the app and delete your account at any time.

7. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an
update means you accept the revised Terms.

본 이용약관("약관")은 Kurios가 개발한 QuillScene 앱의 이용에 적용됩니다.
QuillScene을 이용하시면 본 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다. 동의하지 않으시면
앱을 이용하지 마십시오.

1. 서비스 내용

QuillScene은 아트와 함께 제공되는 명언을 감상·수집하고 컬렉션을 저장·정리하며,
선택적으로 코인과 구독을 구매해 추가 기능을 이용할 수 있는 앱입니다. 당사는
언제든지 기능을 추가·변경·삭제할 수 있습니다.

2. 계정

구글, 애플 또는 카카오로 로그인하실 수 있습니다. 계정에서 이루어지는 활동에 대한
책임은 귀하에게 있으며, 정확한 정보를 제공하고 로그인 정보를 안전하게 관리하셔야
합니다.

3. 구매, 코인 및 구독

코인과 구독은 Google Play 스토어 및 Apple App Store를 통해 판매되며 해당 스토어의
약관이 적용됩니다. 구독은 해지 전까지 자동으로 갱신되며, 스토어 계정에서 관리·해지
하실 수 있습니다. 법령이나 스토어 정책이 요구하는 경우를 제외하고 구매는 환불되지
않으며, 코인 등 가상 아이템은 현금 가치가 없고 양도할 수 없습니다.

4. 콘텐츠 및 이용 규칙

앱의 명언, 아트워크 및 기타 콘텐츠는 지식재산권으로 보호되며 앱 내에서의 개인적·
비상업적 이용을 위해 제공됩니다. 명시적으로 허용된 경우를 제외하고 콘텐츠를
복제·재배포·재판매하거나 2차적 저작물을 제작하지 않으며, 앱을 오용·역설계하거나
정상적인 운영을 방해하지 않는 데 동의하십니다.

5. 면책 및 책임의 제한

앱은 어떠한 종류의 보증도 없이 "있는 그대로", "이용 가능한 상태로" 제공됩니다.
법령이 허용하는 최대 범위에서 Kurios는 앱 이용으로 발생하는 간접적·부수적·결과적
손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

6. 이용 제한 및 해지

귀하가 본 약관을 위반하는 경우 당사는 접근을 중지하거나 종료할 수 있습니다.
귀하는 언제든지 앱 이용을 중단하고 계정을 삭제하실 수 있습니다.

7. 약관의 변경

당사는 본 약관을 수시로 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 업데이트 후에도 앱을 계속
이용하시면 개정된 약관에 동의하는 것으로 간주됩니다.
