This Privacy Policy explains how QuillScene ("we," "us," or "our"), an app
developed by Kurios, collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when
you use the QuillScene mobile application (the "Services"). If you do not agree

Account information you provide. When you sign in with Google, Apple, or Kakao,
we receive and store your name and email address to create and maintain your
account and your saved collections.
Purchase information. When you buy coins or a subscription, the purchase is
processed by the Google Play Store, the Apple App Store, and our purchase
provider RevenueCat. We receive a purchase and subscription status; we do not
receive or store your payment card number.
Device and usage information collected automatically. When you use the Services
we automatically collect technical and usage information through Google
Firebase, including your device model, operating system and version, language,
IP address, app version, unique device and installation identifiers, and
information about how you use the app. This is used to operate the app, keep it
secure, diagnose problems, and understand usage.
Images you save. The app can save images to your device's photo library or
storage. These images are saved locally on your device; saving an image does
not upload it to us.
We process your information to provide and maintain the Services, create and
manage your account and saved collections, process purchases and subscriptions,
show advertising, send push notifications you have opted into, secure the
Services and prevent fraud, diagnose and fix problems, understand how the app is
used, and comply with the law.
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the
service providers that make the app work, and only as needed for them to provide
their service to us:
Advertising partners may use your advertising identifier and device information
to show and measure ads. You can limit ad personalization in your device
settings. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect
rights, safety, and security.
Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, and we use
organizational and technical measures to protect your information. No method of
transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute
security.
We keep your account information for as long as your account exists. When you
delete your account, we delete your account information and saved collections,
except where a longer retention period is required by law (see the deletion
policy). Analytics and crash data are retained only for as long as needed for
the purposes described above.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from
within the app or by emailing kjessie003@gmail.com from the address registered
to your account. See our account deletion page for details on what is deleted
and what is retained to meet legal obligations.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required
in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from
them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will
delete it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or
delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain

저장하는 이미지. 앱은 이미지를 귀하의 기기 사진 보관함 또는 저장소에 저장할 수
있습니다. 해당 이미지는 기기에 로컬로 저장되며, 이미지를 저장한다고 해서 당사로
업로드되지 않습니다.
당사는 서비스 제공·유지, 계정 및 저장 컬렉션 관리, 구매 및 구독 처리, 광고 게재,
동의하신 푸시 알림 발송, 서비스 보안 및 부정행위 방지, 문제 진단 및 해결, 이용
현황 분석, 법령 준수를 위해 귀하의 정보를 처리합니다.
당사는 귀하의 개인정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 앱을 작동시키는 서비스 제공업체에
한해, 해당 서비스 제공에 필요한 범위에서만 정보를 공유합니다.
광고 파트너는 광고를 게재·측정하기 위해 광고 식별자와 기기 정보를 사용할 수
있습니다. 기기 설정에서 광고 맞춤설정을 제한하실 수 있습니다. 또한 법령이
요구하거나 권리·안전·보안을 보호하기 위해 필요한 경우 정보를 공개할 수 있습니다.
데이터는 암호화된(HTTPS) 연결로 전송되며, 당사는 정보를 보호하기 위해
관리적·기술적 조치를 취합니다. 다만 인터넷을 통한 전송이나 저장 기술은 완전히

계정 정보는 계정이 존재하는 동안 보관합니다. 계정을 삭제하시면 법령상 더 긴
보관이 요구되는 경우를 제외하고 계정 정보와 저장 컬렉션을 삭제합니다(계정 삭제
정책 참조). 분석 및 오류 데이터는 위 목적에 필요한 기간 동안만 보관합니다.
앱 내에서 또는 계정에 등록된 이메일 주소로 kjessie003@gmail.com 에 요청하시면
언제든지 계정과 관련 데이터의 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 삭제되는 항목과 법적
의무로 보관되는 항목은 계정 삭제 페이지를 참조하십시오.
본 서비스는 만 13세 미만(또는 귀하 관할의 최소 연령) 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며,
