QuillScene is developed by Kurios. To request deletion of your QuillScene
account and its associated data, follow the steps below or email us at
kjessie003@gmail.com from the address registered to your account.

How to delete your account

• Open QuillScene and sign in.
• Go to the account or settings menu and choose to delete your account.
• Confirm the deletion. Your account and saved data are then deleted.

Data deleted immediately

• Account profile information (name, email)
• Saved collections and preferences
• App settings

Data retained to meet legal obligations

• Transaction records: 5 years (Korean Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce)
• Payment and supply-of-goods records: 5 years
• Consumer complaint and dispute records: 3 years

Under Article 21 of the Korean Personal Information Protection Act, personal
information is destroyed without delay once its retention period has elapsed or
its processing purpose has been achieved.

Warning: account deletion cannot be undone, and deleted data cannot be recovered.

계정 삭제 절차

• QuillScene을 실행하고 로그인합니다.
• 계정 또는 설정 메뉴에서 계정 삭제를 선택합니다.
• 삭제를 확인합니다. 계정 및 저장 데이터가 삭제됩니다.

즉시 삭제되는 데이터

• 계정 프로필 정보(이름, 이메일)
• 저장한 컬렉션 및 선호 설정
• 앱 설정

법적 의무에 따라 보관되는 데이터

• 거래 기록: 전자상거래법에 따라 5년
• 대금결제 및 재화 등의 공급 기록: 5년
• 소비자 불만 또는 분쟁처리 기록: 3년

개인정보보호법 제21조에 따라 보관 기간이 경과하거나 처리 목적이 달성된 개인정보는
지체 없이 파기됩니다.

주의: 계정 삭제는 취소할 수 없으며, 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
